I created this blog to be what I could not find anywhere else. New England offers almost unlimited options for hiking, running, paddling and other outdoor pursuits. However, very few resources provide the information you need to plan trips and get to know what the area has to offer. New England Outside should change all that. I look forward to providing you with weekly trip reports, photos, outdoor insight and gear reviews.

I am a born and raised New Englander who always seeks new challenges. You won’t find me excelling at any one activity but you will always find me trying something new. That is what this blog is about.
